SHRTX is engineered to protect user privacy. We design our utility web tools to run in your local browser session. Selecting, opening, or importing a file loads it directly into browser memory on your device. We do not upload your utility files to remote servers. Your data stays on your local device.

2. File Processing and Local Cache

Supported browser tools process files locally. This workflow does not require transmitting your file contents over networks to SHRTX servers. If local cache or temporary local persistence is required, we utilize browser native storage mechanisms such as LocalStorage or IndexedDB. This data remains on your physical device. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser cache.

3. Data Analytics

We use consent based, lightweight analytics to understand platform performance and discover common usage trends. This tracking is non intrusive and does not collect personally identifiable files, documents, or sensitive data payloads. We use these analytics solely to improve page speeds, resolve errors, and guide future feature development.

4. Third Party Integrations

We do not sell, trade, or distribute your data. If you choose to use an optional third party API integration, your data is handled according to that provider's privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies before configuring custom external integrations.
